Clive Barker (October 5, 1952), author of Hellraiser and Books of Blood, the latter of which featured many stories which were adapted to film, including “Rawhead Rex,” “The Forbidden” (which became Candyman), “The Midnight Meat Train,” “The Last Illusion” (which became Lord of Illusions), and “The Yattering and Jack,” which became a segment in “Tales from the Darkside.”
