Tommy Lee Wallace (September 6, 1949), who who wrote Amityville II: The Possession (1982), and 12 Days of Terror (2004). He also wrote and directed Halloween III: Season of the Witch (1982), Fright Night Part II (1988), It (1990), and Vampires: Los Muertos (2002). He had cameos played small roles in several of his movies and played Michael Myers in the closet scene of Halloween (1978)
