Man “with knowledge of jiu jitsu” kills fellow sailor in fight following insult

A sailor named Owen Owens had his neck broken in a fight with a Russian sailor skilled in Jiu Jitsu after the latter claimed he “could lick any Welshman that ever lived.” Pictured is a vintage crime scene photograph of Owens’ body.
