Man drags man to his death, is shot by police

From the Chicago Tribune
Published September 5, 1966

A man, for reasons unknown, rammed into the car of another man before dragging him over 80 feet, killing him. A police officer attempting to stop the fleeing man shot at the driver, hitting his head. The man shot survived the encounter.
